Jinhua Electric is equipped with a full-process modern production workshop and an authoritative testing laboratory, establishing a complete manufacturing system covering mold development, component processing, finished product assembly, and quality inspection. The specific capabilities are as follows:

The Mold Workshop is furnished with equipment from renowned international and domestic brands, including core facilities such as CNC wire-cutting machines, EDM machines, machining centers, and high-precision grinders. It can independently complete the entire process of mold design, mold flow analysis, manufacturing, and debugging, providing high-precision mold support for subsequent production.

The Stamping Workshop adopts full-automatic punching machines across the entire production line, integrating functions like metal terminal stamping, in-line inspection, and automatic counting. It can directly deliver electroplated metal terminal products to customers, ensuring processing precision and delivery efficiency.

The Injection Molding Workshop mainly uses Haitian injection molding machines, supported by full-automatic manipulators and three-in-one drying and dehumidifying machines. Raw materials are high-quality plastic pellets from internationally recognized brands. The workshop operates in strict compliance with the IATF16949 quality management system, guaranteeing the stable and reliable quality of injection-molded parts.

The Assembly Workshop is designed as a closed clean workshop, equipped with fully automatic production lines, semi-automatic electric/pneumatic production lines, and manual production lines. It can meet the daily production capacity requirement of 50,000 sets of automotive connectors and adapt to the assembly production of products with different specifications.

Our CNAS-Accredited Laboratory is constructed as a third-party testing facility, holding dual authoritative certifications of CMA and CNAS. The laboratory is capable of conducting multi-dimensional tests covering mechanical properties, electronic properties, and composite environmental resistance for products such as automotive connectors, automotive wiring harnesses, and automotive fuse boxes. It issues legally valid test reports, providing a solid guarantee for product quality.
